Find a mindful moment in your day

Are you taking a moment in your day to be mindful?

Mindfulness doesn’t need to be anything complicated, and it doesn’t need to take very long. You don’t need to find time you don’t have.

All you need to do, is really focus on one task at a time. It can be brushing your teeth, drinking a cup of tea or coffee or perhaps chopping vegetables. You might find it surprisingly difficult to begin with, but treat yourself with kindness. If your thoughts are wandering, then acknowledge that and let it go. Find 30 seconds where you give your full focus to what you are doing and nothing else.
