About Us

As a teacher of nearly 30 years I have seen the wellbeing of Education staff hit harder than ever over the last few years, including mine!

I knew that I could not continue as I was for my own sake and that of my family and did not feel that the children in my care were getting the best of what I could give.

Something needed to change!

I started to work on my mindset and trained as a  Practical Magic Facilitation Life Coach and NLP practitioner.
 
I found my light at the end of the tunnel, but I knew that there were plenty of other people exactly where I had been who also could not see a way forward.
